About the HOPE principles
The HOPE principles have been developed over five years by Camille through her own experience and discovery. The HOPE Principles are a framework for glowing skin which focus on the mind, body and soul.

H - Home
This principle encourages our angel tribe to focus not just on where they are physically but mentally too. It encourages focus on creating the right environment for glowing skin.
For example de-cluttering, getting enough sleep and creating a sanctuary in the home, as well as incorporating mindfulness into your routine every day to improve your mental well-being.
O - Optimism
This section promotes awareness of how it is your choice how you respond to your sensitive skin condition. Camille is a big believer in seeing the beauty in your condition and how it is your body's way of telling you to address certain imbalances in your life.
Optimism encourages journalling, for you to use affirmations and visualisation to improve your outlook.
P - Purpose & Pampering
The purpose principle is for finding meaning in your life, making sure that you focus on doing things that you love whether it be in your home or work life. P is also for pampering and recognising the importance of self-care.
E - Eating Well, Exercise & Ecotherapy
Eating well, exercise and ecotherapy focuses on the importance of diet and exercise to boost mood and immunity. Camille is also an advocate of spending time outside in the great outdoors to help boost the body and mind.
S- Stress & Support
This section focuses on the importance of managing stress and applying strategies and interventions to reduce stress.
S is also for support and encouraging angels to understand the importance of supportive relationships, accepting support and the power of love. Both Stress management, and Support underpin all The HOPE Principles.
